A typical on-site assessment takes two to four hours depending on the size and complexity of the system. This includes an RF frequency scan, acoustic walkthrough, system measurement, and a review of current operational workflows. How does your pricing compare to resort AV in Sun Valley?

My package prices are published and they do not change because the venue is fancy: corporate from $2,500, weddings from $2,500. You pay a travel charge we agree on in writing, and that is usually a fraction of the difference. Ask your venue if outside AV is allowed, most permit it.

Do you handle both the meeting and the party for corporate retreats?

Yes, that is the point of hiring one company. Daytime AV, wireless mics, and screens for the sessions, then DJ, silent disco, or live band sound for the evening. One quote, one point of contact, and a crew of owner-operators when the event needs more hands.

Can you do a Ketchum or Elkhorn wedding on short notice?

Sometimes. Summer weekends book out, but shoulder-season dates often have room. Call me with the date and I will give you a straight yes or no the same day.
