Most ribbon cuttings and storefront grand openings happen where there is no easy outlet, a sidewalk, a parking lot, a new building with the power not fully turned on yet. Everything below is designed to solve that.
An EV Everse 8 battery speaker with a built-in mixer runs a full day on one charge, loud enough for a crowd on a sidewalk or in a parking lot, and completely silent while it works, no generator hum competing with the speeches.
A wireless handheld goes to the mayor, chamber director, or business owner cutting the ribbon, with a backup mic staged and ready. No cable to trip on, no passing a single mic hand to hand between speakers.
The same speaker streams Bluetooth music while guests gather and after the ceremony wraps, so the moment has energy on both sides of the cut instead of standing around in silence.

Date, time, location, and who is speaking. I send a flat written quote back the same day, plus a W-9 and certificate of insurance if a city or chamber needs one.
About 15 minutes before your scheduled cut time, on the sidewalk, in the lot, or just inside the doors. Wireless mic tested with each speaker before anyone steps up.
Music plays while guests gather, remarks come through clean, and the mic hands off smoothly between the mayor, the chamber director, and the owner. Then the music comes back up.

Ribbon cuttings tend to book fast in the spring and fall when most Treasure Valley chambers schedule them, and Saturday grand openings compete with wedding season on my calendar. If your date is inside the next week, call anyway. I keep gear staged and can usually still make it work.
