Ogden is twenty minutes from my Clearfield hub, and I have been working its venues for years, including theater productions at Ogden High with full wireless mic rigs. Historic 25th Street venues, mountain-side ceremonies, corporate events, and school productions all get the same deal: touring-grade gear staged locally, published prices, and the owner on site. Twenty minutes from the Clearfield shop. Most of the people who call me in Ogden are event coordinators rather than couples, so this page is written for them.
Festival and street events
Outdoor coverage across a crowd that moves, a stage schedule that slips, and weather that decides things for you. The rig has to be built for the worst hour of the day, not the best one.
Municipal and civic events
Ceremonies, ribbon cuttings, public meetings and city celebrations. Intelligible speech in a hard outdoor space is a harder problem than a dance floor, and it is the one nobody budgets for.
School and theater audio
Auditoriums with aging house systems and a hard performance date. I will tell you honestly whether the room needs a full system or a rework of what is already installed.
Corporate AV
General sessions, breakouts and awards. Published ladder at $2,850, $7,500 and $16,500, so you can budget before you call.
Running it yourself?
Gear rental from $249 a weekend
If you have somebody who can run it, renting is the cheaper path and I will say so. Speaker and wireless mic from $249 Friday to Monday, staged in Clearfield for Utah dates.

Yes, $245 per channel for the run of the show with the educational discount. Lavalier and headset mics rent separately, and frequency coordination and on-site setup come when you hire SwissMixx as your on-site tech. Book early for the fall and spring musical seasons, those rigs go fast.
