Ogden is twenty minutes from my Clearfield hub, and I have been working its venues for years, including theater productions at Ogden High with full wireless mic rigs. Historic 25th Street venues, mountain-side ceremonies, corporate events, and school productions all get the same deal: gear staged locally, published prices, and the owner on site. If you have gotten resort-style AV quotes in Weber County, mine will read differently.

Dry-Hire Rentals in Ogden Go Through BeatHive DJs
I don't rent bare gear in Utah. My partner BeatHive DJs in Farmington does, and they are who I'd send you to for speakers, mics and lights you pick up and run yourself. Anything you want brought, set up and run is me: an engineer from $850 for the day, corporate AV from $2,850, weddings from $2,500. The Idaho side of the business does pickup rentals from Nampa, and every one of those rates is on the rental rates page.

Twenty minutes from the Clearfield shop. Most of the people who call me in Ogden are event coordinators rather than couples, so this page is written for them.
Festival and street events
Outdoor coverage across a crowd that moves, a stage schedule that slips, and weather that decides things for you. The rig has to be built for the worst hour of the day, not the best one.
Municipal and civic events
Ceremonies, ribbon cuttings, public meetings and city celebrations. Intelligible speech in a hard outdoor space is a harder problem than a dance floor, and it is the one nobody budgets for.
School and theater audio
Auditoriums with aging house systems and a hard performance date. I will tell you honestly whether the room needs a full system or a rework of what is already installed.
Corporate AV
General sessions, breakouts and awards. Published ladder at $2,850, $7,500 and $16,500, so you can budget before you call.

Yes, $245 per channel for the run of the show (4 channel minimum) with the educational discount, with frequency coordination and setup when you hire me as your on-site tech. Lavalier and headset mics rent separately. If you only want the gear to run yourselves, my partner BeatHive DJs in Farmington handles dry-hire in Utah. Book early for the fall and spring musical seasons, those rigs go fast.
