Day is 24 hours. Weekend is Friday pickup, Monday return. Pickup in Nampa is free; delivery is $250 each way in the Treasure Valley. Everything else is on the full rate list.

Package prices are the same items added up from the catalog, so you can swap any piece. The three weekend packages come from the DIY wedding kits and are priced as a bundle. If a smaller system covers your crowd, that is the one we will point you to.

How much does it cost to rent a sound system?
In Nampa and Boise a complete self run PA from SwissMixx starts at $173 a day: two powered 12 inch speakers, stands, a small mixer and a wired mic. The same system with a wireless handheld is $399 for a Friday to Monday weekend. A band size system with 1,000 watt QSC speakers and a 16 channel mixer is $443 a day, and column arrays run $580 a day for the pair.
What size sound system do I need for 100 people?
Two powered 12 inch speakers on stands cover about 100 people for speeches and a playlist, indoors or out. For dancing add a subwoofer or step up to the QSC or column array systems. Past 300 people, or any outdoor festival, you are into line array territory and an engineer comes with it. Tell us the guest count and the venue and we will size it honestly.
Does a sound system rental include a mixer and microphone?
Yes. Every system on this page ships with the mixer, the mic, the stands and all the cables and power strips, tested and packed in one case. You get a ten minute walkthrough at pickup, so it works when you plug it in. A phone cable for your playlist is in the case too.
Can I rent a sound system with no power at the site?
Yes. The I Do Kit runs an EV Everse 8 for about 12 hours on a charge with a wireless mic, $249 Friday to Monday, and it is the most rented system for outdoor ceremonies in the Treasure Valley. For a bigger battery rig, add a Jackery power station from the power rental page.
Do you deliver and set up sound systems?
Pickup in Nampa is free. Delivery is $250 each way within the Treasure Valley, and rentals under $400 are pickup only. If you would rather not run it at all, we can send an engineer to set up and run the system for your event; that is a different, fully operated service and it is not taxed as a rental in Idaho.
Do you rent sound systems in Utah?
Bare equipment rentals are Treasure Valley only. In Salt Lake City, Ogden and Davis County we do full service production with our own system and engineer, not drop off rentals.
