No. SwissMixx Audio does not require an ongoing service contract. Many engagements begin with a single assessment or a discovery call and grow from there based on what the congregation actually needs. The relationship is shaped by what works for your church, not by a contract structure.

How long does a church sound system assessment take?

A typical on-site assessment takes two to four hours depending on the size and complexity of the system. This includes an RF frequency scan, acoustic walkthrough, system measurement, and a review of current operational workflows. After the visit, Mark provides a written report with prioritized recommendations.

Can you train our volunteer sound team?

Yes. Volunteer team training is one of the most impactful things SwissMixx Audio does for churches. Training is conducted in your space, on your equipment, using your actual Sunday service workflow as the teaching context. Topics include gain structure, mixing, mic technique, monitoring, and how to respond when something goes wrong mid-service.

Is Emmett inside your normal service area?

Yes. About 30 minutes from my shop, travel included in every wedding and event package. Rental delivery is the standard $250 each way, or pick up free in Nampa.

What do Emmett weddings cost?

Published: Reception Only $2,500, Ceremony and Reception $3,400, Full Day $5,750, DIY kits from $249 for the weekend. Orchard and riverside ceremonies with no power are easy, my battery rig handles them.

Do you cover Gem County community events?

Yes, park concerts, festivals, rodeo events, and parades, with insurance and vendor paperwork ready. Big outdoor coverage is my specialty, everyone on the grounds hears clearly, not just the front rows.
