No. SwissMixx Audio does not require an ongoing service contract. Many engagements begin with a single assessment or a discovery call and grow from there based on what the congregation actually needs. The relationship is shaped by what works for your church, not by a contract structure.

How long does a church sound system assessment take?

A typical on-site assessment takes two to four hours depending on the size and complexity of the system. This includes an RF frequency scan, acoustic walkthrough, system measurement, and a review of current operational workflows. After the visit, Mark provides a written report with prioritized recommendations.

Can you train our volunteer sound team?

Yes. Volunteer team training is one of the most impactful things SwissMixx Audio does for churches. Training is conducted in your space, on your equipment, using your actual Sunday service workflow as the teaching context. Topics include gain structure, mixing, mic technique, monitoring, and how to respond when something goes wrong mid-service.

What I Know About Emmett Venues

Curfews, power and what each room does to sound. Confirm any policy with the venue before you build a timeline on it, because venues change their rules and a wrong curfew costs you the last dance.

White Barn Weddings

Heated and air conditioned with large glass doors, which is rare for an Idaho barn. Two things follow from that: there is a real HVAC noise floor to work over, and one end of the room is glass and reflective. One wedding per weekend, so there is no turnaround pressure and load-in can be relaxed.

Pine Hollow Ranch

The indoor space is an 80x80 covered riding arena. That is an arena volume, not a hall, and it holds up to 250. Full day 9 AM to 11 PM.

Fourth Street Gardens

Fully open air under mature shade trees with no indoor backup listed. Weather is the entire plan B, and trees eat high frequencies, so speech intelligibility is the thing to solve there.

The Packing Shed

A 9,200 square foot former fruit-packing shed converted in 2022. One large single-volume industrial hall with a commercial kitchen.
