See Every RateMunicipal and county work
Gear for this side of the operation is staged in Clearfield, so a Layton date is served locally rather than trucked from Idaho. Seven minutes to most of Davis County.
Multi-day county fair production. Fair audio is not wedding audio: it is long days, weather, a schedule that moves, and a crowd that spreads. It is also the best proof I can offer a county buyer, because they know what it takes.
Federal-adjacent work with the access and paperwork that comes with it. If your event needs certificates of insurance, a W-9 and a vendor packet before anyone talks about speakers, that is a normal Tuesday.
Municipal arts festival. Outdoor coverage, a public audience and a city noise expectation to work inside.
The main corporate room in the county. General sessions, breakouts and awards nights. I quote against in-house AV and show you where the difference sits.
Running it yourself?
If you have somebody who can run it, renting is the cheaper path and I will say so. Speaker and wireless mic from $249 Friday to Monday, staged in Clearfield for Utah dates.
I am based in Nampa now and I still cover the Wasatch Front. Travel is quoted up front, on the estimate, before you commit to anything. No Utah client should learn about travel from an invoice.
Insurance certificates, W-9 and vendor paperwork are ready before you ask. City and county buyers check for that first, and it is the reason a lot of quotes never get returned.
