The big numbers are all outdoors. Inside caps at 100.
Ste. Chapelle publishes some big capacity numbers, up to 500 for an outdoor ceremony and up to 1,000 for an outdoor reception. Every one of those is outdoors. The indoor room caps at 100.
That matters because outdoor coverage for hundreds of people is a completely different system from a hundred people in a room, and the price gap between the two is significant. If your guest list is 250 you are having an outdoor wedding whether you planned one or not, and the quote should say so up front.
Music ends at 11:00 PM, which is generous for a winery and gives you a full evening.
They run their own open-air summer concert series, so the site is used to real production and the load-in is not a mystery to them.
Rather run it yourself?
Under a hundred guests indoors is a reasonable rental job. Anything outdoors at this site is beyond what a DIY kit does honestly, and I will tell you that rather than renting you something that will disappoint you. Speaker and wireless mic from $249 Friday to Monday, free pickup in Nampa.
