Nampa venue guide
The house audio is a Bluetooth speaker, and you should know that now.
The house audio at Lake Side Barn is a single large Bluetooth speaker with a wireless mic. That is genuinely fine for announcements and background music, and it is not a reception system. I would rather say that plainly than let you find out during your first dance.
The outdoor silo bar is a second zone. If people are going to be out there for any part of the night, it needs its own coverage, otherwise the bar becomes the quiet room where nobody can hear the toasts.
So the real question here is not whether to bring a system, it is how many zones you are covering. Barn plus silo bar is two, and pricing should reflect that rather than surprising you later.
200 guests, 9 AM to 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Rather run it yourself?
If you are renting rather than hiring, plan for the silo bar as a separate problem. One speaker in the barn leaves everyone outside in silence, and a second small speaker out there is a cheap fix if you know to ask for it. Speaker and wireless mic from $249 Friday to Monday, free pickup in Nampa.
