Two facts decide everything at Indian Creek Plaza. Power is 110V only and only at select locations, and the house distributed system is background music. Private entertainers must bring their own PA. That is the venue's own rule, not my sales pitch.
110V at select locations is the constraint that catches people. It means the power budget is real and the speaker positions are decided by where the outlets are as much as by where the crowd is. Planning that on the day is how events go wrong.
The city noise ordinance sets quiet after 11 PM on weekdays and 1 AM on Friday and Saturday, which is more generous than most and worth knowing when you plan the evening.
Roughly 170 seated on a one-acre plaza with a 1,500 square foot stage. Tents need 20 lb per leg, because it is a downtown plaza and the wind funnels.
