Glass garage doors mean the sound goes both ways.
Fourteen-foot ceilings with large glass garage doors opening onto a lakeside lawn. When those doors are up you no longer have an indoor room and an outdoor space, you have one connected volume, and the sound bleeds both directions.
That is lovely for atmosphere and awkward for coverage. A system aimed for the inside room throws straight out across the lawn, and a system aimed for the lawn leaves the inside thin. The answer is usually two zones at modest level rather than one loud stack, which also keeps the whole thing feeling like a party instead of a concert.
Fourteen-foot ceilings help. Height gives you room to get boxes above head level and aimed down at people rather than firing across them.
