Meridian venue guide
A split curfew that catches people out.
This is the one that catches people. Indoor music runs to midnight, but outdoor music has to be off at 9:00 PM. Two different rules in one building.
If your plan is cocktails on the patio and dancing inside, it works beautifully and the split barely registers. If your plan is dancing outside under the lights, it does not work, and you want to know that in March rather than in July.
The practical version: run the patio early, move the party indoors before nine, and let the indoor midnight cutoff give you the long evening. Done deliberately that is a better wedding than fighting the rule.
300 indoors, 250 outdoors for a ceremony.
Rather run it yourself?
A split curfew means two setups, or one system that moves at 9 PM. That is worth thinking through before you decide to run it yourself, because moving a PA mid-reception with guests in the room is harder than it sounds. Speaker and wireless mic from $249 Friday to Monday, free pickup in Nampa.
