Boise venue guide
Music until 4:00 AM, the latest cutoff anywhere in the region.
Amplified music here is permitted until 4:00 AM. That is the latest cutoff I have found anywhere in this region, and it is the opposite problem from every other venue on this site.
Everywhere else the question is how to fit your evening inside a hard stop. Here the question is how long you actually want to go, and whether your guests and your budget agree with the answer. I price by coverage, so a longer night is a real conversation rather than an assumption.
It is indoors only, which is why the late hours work. A downtown ballroom holding about 175, with no outdoor component to worry about and no neighbours to negotiate with at midnight.
If you have been told your reception has to end at ten, this is the room that says otherwise.
Rather run it yourself?
A long night is exactly where DIY starts to strain. Rental gear is fine for a ceremony and dinner, but if you genuinely intend to run until the small hours, that is a lot of hours on a small system and somebody has to stay sober enough to mind it. Speaker and wireless mic from $249 Friday to Monday, free pickup in Nampa.

Every number above is the real number. Full price list, or see the other venues I know in Boise and in the Idaho venue sound guide.
Venue details above come from Capital City Event Center's own published material or a public listing (source). Venues change their rules, so confirm anything time-critical with them before you build a timeline on it. If you spot something out of date here, tell me and I will fix it.
Every rate is published, no quote-cart games. Pick up free in Nampa or add delivery across the Treasure Valley.
