We rent the Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3, the same rekordbox workflow (USB stick, hot cues, beat jump, touch preview, three-band waveforms) with two decks and the mixer built into one unit under a 10.1-inch touchscreen. If you have played on CDJ-3000s, you can walk up to this and play. $275 a day, $480 for the weekend, pickup in Nampa.

The RX3 does exactly that job, sets up in five minutes, and does not need a mixer, a laptop or a link cable to work. XDJ-RX3 rental rates
Day is 24 hours. Weekend is Friday pickup, Monday return. Pickup in Nampa is free; delivery is $250 each way in the Treasure Valley. Power and audio cables are included; bring your USB stick or laptop.

Do you rent CDJ-3000s in Boise?
Not as separate players. SwissMixx rents the Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3, which runs the same rekordbox workflow as a pair of CDJ-3000s and a DJM mixer, in one unit with a 10.1-inch touchscreen. It is $275 for a day and $480 for a Friday to Monday weekend, pickup in Nampa.
Will my rekordbox USB stick work on the XDJ-RX3?
Yes. Export your library from rekordbox to a USB drive the same way you would for a CDJ, plug it into one of the two top USB ports, and your playlists, hot cues, beat grids and memory cues are all there. Two sticks means two DJs can hand over without stopping the music.
Does the XDJ-RX3 work with Serato?
Yes. Connect a laptop by USB and the RX3 controls Serato DJ Pro, with the touchscreen showing your Serato library. For rekordbox it works standalone with no laptop at all.
What is different from a CDJ-3000 setup?
The RX3 is two decks and a two-channel mixer in a single unit, so there is no Pro DJ Link between separate players, no third and fourth deck, and the jog wheels are a little smaller than a CDJ-3000's. The screen, the hot cues, beat jump, touch preview, three-band waveforms and the Beat FX all carry over. For a wedding, a bar night, a corporate party or a backyard set it does the same job with one case instead of three.
Can I rent it with speakers and a booth?
Yes. Add two speakers, stands and a wireless mic from the rentals page, and the Bunn DJ booth if the setup needs to look the part. Build a quote list on the rentals page and the total is on screen before you send it.
